To release your license(s) remotely, you will need to be on current maintenance.

You will go to the following link:

Enter your license key and email address you used to purchase Alibre, and then you can release the licenses from your computer(s).

If you do not know this information, please email support@alibre.com and we can send you the information and release the license for you.
